| 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. | Buffalo Run Farm, Grill & Gifts Tour and Lunch Buffalo Run sits on property where Abraham Lincoln's cousin, Dennis Hanks once lived. Located on site is a legendary Lincoln cabin where Abe slept in 1830. The theme of Buffalo Run is commemorative of the Buffalo Trace, which once ran through Spencer County near Buffaloville. If you've never had the chance to actually see live buffalo, Buffalo Run offers this rare opportunity to you. See massive docile buffalo (ranging from 1,000 to 1,700 pounds) calmly grazing. |
| 1:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. | Lincoln Boyhood National Memorial Tour This splendid National Park is the site where Abraham Lincoln grew up. Learn about the lives of Abraham Lincoln and his family, who lived here in a pioneer community from 1816 to1830. The Memorial Visitor Center, which features two Memorial Halls, a museum with a variety of exhibits and a 15-minute orientation film entitled Forging Greatness - Lincoln in Indiana. The Lincoln Living Historical Farm is a working pioneer homestead with a cabin, outbuildings, split rail fences, animals, gardens and field crops. Rangers in period clothing perform a variety of activities typical of the 1820’s. |
| 3:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. | Tour Ramey Riding Stables Horse lovers will want to get away to these stables and indoor arena where boarding, riding lessons, and leisurely trail rides are available. Learn about the proper care, training and love of horses. Tours of the stables include demonstration of horse training, and showing gates of the horse. Tea and cookies are served afterward at the Lodge. Tours and demonstrations based upon availability. |
| 4:30 p.m. | Shop for Fruit at Lakeview Orchard Shop for the freshest, juiciest, farm-grown fruit of the season to satisfy your taste buds. |
| 5:30 p.m. | Dinner at one of the local restaurants serving up Southern Indiana's favorite recipes. |
| Check-in and spend the night at one of the many quality hotels in the area. | |

| 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. | Lincoln State Park Tour Enjoy a scenic drive through one of Indiana’s most beautiful natural treasures. See how the Department of Natural Resources manages the preservation of the thriving wildlife in Lincoln State Park. Learn the natural and historic value of the park's existence. |
| 10:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. | Bear Hollow Wood Shop for Carving Demonstration |
| 12:30 - 1:30 pm. | Tour & Lunch at Mary Rose Herb Farm & Retreat Mary Rose Herb Farm & Retreat is a peaceful place in beautiful southern Indiana. Nestled among the rolling, forested hills of Perry County, it features 208 acres of nature at its very best. Visitors can't help but notice several YURT structures as they approach the farm The largest yurt houses a classroom and an herb store. An expanding line of organic products, along with unique crafts and antiques are featured. Rosa Lee is a trained Chinese Herbalist, and is always happy to share her knowledge. She offers classes on medicinal and culinary herbs at the farm. The herb farm and retreat center is a work in progress. A rustic meeting/dining/restroom center, plus additional yurts are planned to accommodate groups. Must have reservations. |
| 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. | Tour of Winzerwald Winery Enjoy the big award-winning tastes of wine from this small winery in rural Southern Indiana. The winery celebrates the German heritage of its owners and the Swiss and German heritage of the area by offering unique Swiss and German style wines, gifts, festivals, educational tours and fun. Wines will be available for taste and sale. |
