Santa's Candy Castle
Santa’s Candy Castle is a magical place now open to the public after undergoing an extensive restoration. The historic castle, which has hosted over a million visitors from all over the world, offers a unique experience unlike any other.
Since the Candy Castle opened its doors in 1935 as the first tourist attraction in Santa Claus, Indiana, and the first themed attraction in the United States, it has delighted thousands of all ages. At the Castle visitors can:
- Log in to our exclusive North Pole Network, an interactive computer lab for kids that is directly connected to the North Pole
- Write a letter to Santa and mail it at the castle to receive a special return letter from Santa
- Indulge your senses with a wonderful selection of gourmet confections including peanut butter fudge, turtles, divinity, toffee, caramels, peanut brittle, salt water taffy and all your favorites
The Castle is located on Highway 245 and will re-open Friday, November 20, 2009.
